Gil Mendez stated that "PROCRASFUCKINGNATION" has been an issue. I know I have dealt with procrastination and still do from time to time. It wastes time and doesn't accomplish much. The good news is we can get over it rather quickly and easily.

Today my guest is Steve Trang. Steve is a serial entrepreneur based here in Arizona who owns multiple companies including a brokerage, a title company a wholesale company, and more. He is easily breaking the 7 figure mark. Steve is best known for his massively successful podcast real estate disruptors and his world-class sales training. Steve’s sales training is so unique because Steve isn’t a stereotypical archetype of a career salesman. He came from an engineering background and his personality type is far from pushy, so like a true engineer he discovered a way to break selling down to a step-by-step science that is easily reproducible by anyone anywhere. He broke the code for all of the people who say they aren’t good at sales by teaching them how to talk to motivated sellers and using properly placed questions matched with specific tonality to have the homeowner pushing to sell you the property instead of you pushing to buy it from them. Steve is also unique in that He is on a mission to create 1000 Millionaires and he provides so much value in the form of his podcast that it is impossible not to get millions of dollars worth of education from listening to his show Real Estate Disruptors. I have personally been introduced to so many rockstars in the real estate world through tuning in. Today I am excited to dive deep into steve’s story, learn up some of the largest challenges he has faced, break down how anyone can improve their sales massively and get his take on what he is seeing in the real estate space. Today my guests are Keston and Jasmine Glasgow. Keston and Jsminez are former NY natives who now live and invest in Atlanta GA. I was Lucky enough to meet both Kes and Jaz in NY Jan 2020 when they were first getting into wholesale real estate. This couple immediately stood out to me due to Kestons hunger for growth and Jaz’s steady poise and presence. Between the two of them, there was a good balance of energy.
