He’s a partner at Savannah Properties New Jersey where they help people sell their homes quickly for a fair price. Back in 2017, Ricky had a realization that he was unhappy working his 9 to 5 job doing sales at YELP. Although he had been there for 4 years, was earning 6 figures, and had gained plenty of promotions and upward advancements he felt something was missing. He began to dive into personal development and through reading and study, he discovered he could create his own life. He began working towards financial freedom through real estate. He focused on executing good deals and becoming a wholesaling professional and not a guru. Ricky is now living in AZ doing Deals in New Jersey.

Scott was in the Air Force Academy as a wrestler, He has trained at the Olympic Training Center. Got His black belt in Japan in judo at age 14, Was a Polynesian Dancer in Hawaii at the number 1 tourist attraction Polynesian Cultural Center, A magician in Vegas Houdini's Magic Shop while going to grad school at UNLV, currently Flips houses in the AZ market and in the last year alone has been apart of 6 projects and he is now currently learning all things creative finance so that he can build a portfolio for himself. What makes their story a bit more interesting is that they got started in real estate in March at the beginning of quarantine, were dead broke and their church was paying their rent. With no money or experience. This power couple buckled down and dedicated 5 hours every day for 4 months with zero deals. Finally they got a break and locked up their first deal with creative finance and decided to join Pace moray’s mentorship. Since then Mark and April are currently on track to make $250k in wholesale deals and have about $250k in the pipeline for fix and flip. That is an estimated half. A million dollars in their first year!
