The Sync Up Podcast is back! Stephen Rice and Arvind Mishra have brought the Sync Up podcast back from the brink to give you the best insights into the OneDrive product! This month, we talk about all the amazing features we announced at the Microsoft 365 Collaboration Conference with Product Managers Irfan Shahdad and Miceile Barret! We talk about OneDrive Home, simplified sharing, colored folders (YES!), people and meeting views, new filters, and whether popcorn is better than M&M's for movie snacks.

We are bringing you a special episode from Sync Up's sister podcast show, The Intrazone. This episode's guests include Gaia Carini and Katy Erlandson from the OneDrive engineering team. We dig into OneDrive to distinguish the value between the "Add to OneDrive" feature and general sync of team site document libraries - sometimes referred to as "Shared libraries". You'll hear more about what each capability does, the path forward by design to make it easy for you, plus guidance for today and going forward. The whole of this episode spawned from a Twitter thread request, and we think you'll like this audible response.

It's OneDrive's 15th birthday, and all the presents are for you. On this episode, Ankita Kirti and Mark Kashman chat with Arwa Tyebkhan (Principal GPM | OneDrive) and Steven Bailey (CVP OneDrive and SharePoint engineering) to celebrate both OneDrive's 15th lap around the sun AND to hear more about the new OneDrive Home experience. We first go into the way-back machine to learn about the evolution from Windows Live Mesh, Grove.exe and SharePoint Workspaces, into SkyDrive and SkyDrive Pro, and land on OneDrive as we know it today. We also discover that it's not only OneDrive's birthday… the team has been hard at work redesigning the OneDrive Home experience to help you easily resume your work and catch up on what you missed while you were away – everything at-a-glance and easy to prioritize where to start working.

Our guest today is Chenying Yang, a senior Program Manager on OneDrive focusing on making OneDrive Sync great across consumer and enterprise. OneDrive Sync Admin Reports empowers IT admins with actionable insights about the adoption and health of the sync client. These reports give visibility into who in your company is running the OneDrive Sync app, how is Known Folder Move rollout going, as well as surfacing any errors that end users might be experiencing so you can proactively address them. We built this feature because we want to help our customers be successful when managing OneDrive deployment and adoption, and Sync Reports has been a top customer request over the years. You'll also learn the team's favorite go-to beverages to wind up or wind down.
