Ukeme Awakeassien Jeter is a force to be reckoned with. She came to America when she was 18 years old and has been kicking ass and taking names ever since. With multiple degrees under her belt, she's now the mayor of Upper Arlington, and the first person of color to ever hold this position. Here's to progress, and I'm cheering this incredible human on every step of the way!
