This week we're talking Covid-19 boosters. There was a recent news story talking about the possibility of a 4th Covid booster shot and we were like: "Wait...How?...Y'all haven't seen what the 3rd one does or doesn't do or if it's going to be needed and we're already talking 4th?!" And so, we recorded our first conversation about all of the feelings we have surrounding it.

This week, we ended up talking about perfectionism. We both approach tasks differently and decided it was time to actually voice our observations of how each other deals with problems and how much, if any at all, does perfectionism play into it.

This week, we talked about the idea of unconditional love. Nowadays, we hear people talk about love, being "in love", falling "out of love", unconditional love and conditional love. We decided to define all of these things and then discuss whether or not we agree with the idea of unconditional love.

This week, we took some time and watched the last special by Dave Chappelle on Netflix. As usual, we didn't really catch the same vibe as many of the people commenting online or the "journalists" in the media. We talked about what we saw, felt, liked and didn't like about the special.

This week we're talking about something going on in the local Atlanta area. A portion of Atlanta called Buckhead is attempting to secede or leave the rest of Atlanta. The reason?: Buckhead is a fairly affluent and very white area that has recently had a significant increase in crime. Their solution?: Cut themselves off from the rest of Atlanta and gain control. Is it racist? Is it classist? We'll tell you what we think...

This week, we're emptying our brains after missing a week (sorry). After watching what's happening at the border with the Haitian immigrants and coming to the realization that Biden basically played black america, we decided to just speak on it.

This week, we talked about the idea of forgiveness. Is even forgiveness necessary? Ever since we were young, we've both been taught that forgiving someone who does something to you makes you a better person. "Forgive and forget" is what we're taught. But is that healthy?

This week, we had a quick-ish talk about where we are mentally. Not necessarily feeling unstable, but more like feeling a little abnormal. From dealing with this pandemic to family dealing with Hurricane Ida, it's getting difficult to know if who we currently are is a result of dealing with trauma or is our authentic selves.

This week, we had a short episode about speaking our mind. We've been having incidents that tested us on whether or not we can hold out tongues or not and, honestly, it's getting old.

So last week, we talked about dating and relationships. Afterwards, we kept talking and the discussion of whether or not we could've had a successful relationship without the legal contract of marriage. The question was asked, but not answered until we recorded this episode.
