This week, we ended up talking about what dating must be like in 2021 for single folks out there. We shared some of our past incidents and had a general conversation about relationships and how women and men interact with each other.

Religion, Politics and Race. What do they all have in common? You typically don't talk about any them with strangers because people are naturally passionate about all 3 subjects and discussions can easily turn into arguments. In this episode, we talked about why we normally don't in our day-to-day, but decide to use this podcast as an outlet to talk about all 3.

This week, we're asking a question that was brought up during a conversation about Da Baby: Why are people (in general) so invested in the personal opinion of people they don't know and probably will never meet? Apparently, this cat said some things that were deemed as homophobic and, although neither of us know specifically what this cat said (we were told second hand), we still felt like what was actually said wouldn't change wanting to know the answer to that question...and several others.

This week, we're talking about moving. We're both delirious and tired at this point and decided we'd vent about it and also talk about why we made the decision to move.

This week, we're talking about Facebook...in a way. Really, we're talking about what makes people feel like they have to shrink down to make others comfortable, especially on social media. We started there and somehow ended up at Sanford and Son. How? Listen and you'll get it.

This week, we talked about our use of profanity. If you've listened to this podcast for some time, you'll know that Mia is very adamant about warning listeners about the possibility of cursing on each episode. Why, though? Why do we curse so much? Is it just words or is it deeper than that?

This week, we're talking about overthinking. It seems like one of the things that causes the most stress in life is the habit of overthinking. Whether it's about family, friends or relationships, how do you work toward being more confident in your decisions and ending the overthinking? (Spoiler Alert: We have no idea, but we talked about it anyways.)

This week's episode was inspired by a car ride (it'll make more sense in the episode). The question came up: What would've happened if any or all of black leaders from the past had lived? What if Malcolm, Martin or any other black leader whose life was cut short had lived? Would we still be fighting the same battles now or would some of them have been won by now?

This week, we're talking about the newest federal holiday: Juneteenth. We really had a general discussion about the holiday, how we feel about it and also our predictions about how we see this holiday moving forward.

This week, we talked about Critical Race Theory. It seems like it's a subject that's coming up more and more in Atlanta metro schools and we're betting it's going to be a political issue coming up this next election cycle. So, what exactly is Critical Race Theory? Why are so many people against it? What effects can this have on the American education system and (more importantly) the children?
