A few months ago, artist, modern-day mystic, and expert in Inspired Living, Whitney Freya, was sitting in her studio wondering, “What do I want to create MORE of this year?” The answer came to her loud and clear! Immediately she knew that she wanted to collaborate with her Creatively Fit Coaches using art as activism, which she calls ARTivisim, to help women in need. At that moment, A Festival of Feminine Power & Artistry was born.

The Festival is a bit of a hybrid: part ARTreach, part online course, and part “summit.” It is a circle of powerful women coming together to share their magic. It is a place where women get to delight in their authentic selves through a sacred painting practice. ZERO painting experience is required; there will be an entire lesson for beginner painters to learn and remember the basics. Whitney specializes in creating safe, supportive, and inspiring spaces for ALL Life Artists.

To support Whitney’s call to ARTivisim, 70% of the net proceeds from all Festival online course sales will benefit Donor Direct Action, A Fund for Women, an initiative of the Sisterhood is Global Institute. From empowering girls, educating communities, advocating for policy reform, providing shelter, and working for legal reform and law enforcement, these activists have laid the groundwork to end FGM (female genital mutilation).

Now is the perfect time to do the important work of setting your goals for the coming year, solidify what you desire, and how you will bring that manifestation into your life. It’s an important process, and Tahverlee gives us some “extra juice” with this 4-step journey to bring your intentions forth.

This process is essential and should not be undertaken all in one day. Sit with it, be still with it, contemplate all that your body feels, and then create your 2022 vision. Most of this work requires you to write in your journal. But you may be a creative person who uses other mediums such as art, music, or even just walking in nature. Do what’s best for you.

Step 1 - Start with the deep and powerful process of a Truth Ceremony. Write out your truths from this past year and then release them by burning them or giving them back to the earth by burying it.

Step 2 – The Yes, More, Please Ritual. Out of your experiences from this year, identify the things that felt really, really good. You might find certain things in your life don’t fit anymore, and it’s time for a change.

Step 3 - Allow your imagination to play with you. If you can’t allow yourself to see it and feel it, no matter how far-fetched it may seem, you can’t bring it into your reality. Think of what’s possible and then go bigger.

Step 4 – Design the path and feel the feelings. Don’t skip this step! It’s 100% the juice behind manifesting. Let the universe amaze you.

Take your time with this; take each step on its own. Review steps 3 and 4 of this process quarterly throughout the coming year and take the chance to go deeper; go bigger. Imagine all that is possible for you and feel the joy it brings.
