It’s time for our 3rd annual cocktail competition. We need to crown a winner. Will it be our very own host Carolyn who made the Irish Swan? Or Kevin, our cruise chat champion, who made the Irish Donkey? Tell us who you think won in the comments.  

Irish Swan Recipe (Drink Responsibly!) 
-2 parts Gin
-2 parts Whisky
-1 part Sloe Gin
-1 part Vermouth
-Splash of orange bitters
-Fill mixer with ice, combine, and pour into a coup glass.

Irish Donkey (Drink Responsibly!) 

-Fill copper cup with ice 
-6oz Ginger beer (Fever Tree according to Kevin)
-2oz Irish whiskey
-Lime juice 1/4 lime or True Lime (leprechaun dust)
-Garnish with mint leaf if you’re feeling festive
