In this episode, we continue to lay the foundation started in episode 002 in learning more on mental illnesses. In this episode, we dive a bit deeper into the different forms of depression. We talk about what they are, the signs and symptoms associated with each form, and the different types of treatment. I am not a medical professional. Our discussion in this episode is not meant to be used to diagnose; or imply, that if you may have a form of depression if you are experiencing some of the symptoms we discuss. If you have questions about symptoms you are currently experiencing; or, if you feel like you may have a mental illness, you should immediately consult a medical professional.
We often times don't know what others may be going through or the struggles they encounter. Because of that, we have a choice. To do, be, and inspire good.
