In the spirit of giving this time of year, we are talking today about taking care of your people that work with you every day. The longer your staff sticks around, the better for you, them, AND your patients. Patients notice turnover and appreciate being able to recognize faces each year they come back. Not to mention the weight it takes off you as a practice owner when you aren't constantly stuck in training mode for newbies. Get yourself a staff worth keeping around and then do whatever you can to KEEP THEM! In this episode I layout the perks I try to give my staff to keep them happy and enjoying their jobs. (00:56)

In this week's office talk, we're talking frame reps. You all have had (or still have) a frame rep I'm sure that is just a pain in the butt. They're pushy, hard to work with, not timely, etc. We just had a rep switch with one of our frame lines and let me tell you how amazing it is to work with someone who is on the same wavelength as you and it's an easy encounter especially compared to the previous rep we had!
