I wanted to do a quick episode on nutrition in the fourth trimester. I cover nutrients to focus on, thinking about the 3 R's, replenish, recovery and repair, nutrients to focus on are bone broth, high quality fats, stinging nettle tea, hydration, soups and warm foods, making sure you are consuming enough calories.
