We are so excited that we are only 1 week away from Season 4 of the Tangible Truth Podcast!

As the last of of our "Winter Best of", we are going back to the beginning of 2023...to the first episode of Season 3.

Susan and guest host Megan Jones give us steps for how to truly find our authentic selves and walk into the new year being who we are truly called to be.

As the year comes to an end and we start thinking of how we will make positive changes in the new year, we thought this would be a good reminder...that your SPIRITUAL food can be junk food or healthy food....you just have to cultivate the right choice.
