Hopefully, the pain of this lawsuit won’t be Evermore. Utah Larping and Fantasy theme park Evermore has sued Taylor Swift and her businesses over the Evermore Album. Evermore Park alleges that the album and the merch are infringing and damaging the Evermore trademarks and that there is a high likelihood of confusion. Taylor Swift’s team through PR and her lawyers have said, no, nope, no way. Her team told Rolling Stone that this lawsuit is a money grab of a failing company embroiled in lawsuits during a pandemic.
