The judges have made their decisions and the winners of the 8th Annual National Essay Contest sponsored by US Bank are announced with the first place winning entries read by the authors. The topics this year included "The World at Your Fingertips" and "Hear me Out!". The first place winners are Pamela Lewis from New York and Dana Allen from California!
