Ajahn Jotipalo explains the cultivation of the ten paramis or perfections. He gives different ways to practice them - in chanting, during walking meditation, and as aspirations. He suggests we focus on the parami that is called for in a particular situation. He reminds us that cultivation of the paramis is not just for our own spiritual development, but for the welfare of others. This talk was given on May 3, 2017 at Abhayagiri Buddhist Monastery.
