Since then, many new facts have arisen regarding Mr. Ruelas which we discuss here today and break down exactly how one man ends up with a 2.7 million dollar tax lien.  Also, since then, Teresa Giudice has been hit with a 300k tax lien, leaving this couple with over 3 million dollars owed to the IRS.
