Teresa Murray, a consumer watchdog with the U.S. Public Interest Research Group (PIRG), joins Lisa Dent to discuss a new report that shows robocalls have hit a six year high. Murray notes that, despite legislation being put in place thwarting scam and telemarketing robocalls, four years later we are receiving more of these annoying robocalls.
