What’s the study? A child has heard “No” 12,000 times by the age of 12, as apposed to 3,000 yes’?...That is just the 1 of the many forms our minds has been programmed, in the wrong ways. When I say “wrong ways,” I mean to say (Hitchens) good sir, they tried their best on what they know...But they did not know that laws of the universe, the psychology of how to raise a child, and the best way to build a child up every day... Therefor we must.....

Who must? They must? Know in us we must trust? The fuss we feel inside has nothing to do with Gus. It is the self forgiveness in us...It’s a foreign kind of thought..That even though someone did us wrong, we must forgive ourselves. Weird huh?... It becomes even weirder when you do. Because you notice that your resentment towards your family become lighter, and smaller. So we must trust, and to think and lust, for the self forgiveness within us.

You’re soooooooooooo close..... Welcome to TeTe & Espresso, a CastBox original, I’m TeTe. Wow this week is here, on the journey to us, our true us.

Those minor or major life goals are so close. The peace fo mind, the money, the job, the giving back, the progression towards your happiness, the vacation..We are summing all of that up, in all of our lives by saying, “We are so close, let’s keep going.” Just right around the corner is more than we could have hoped for. We are worthy, we are worthy of what’s around the corner.

Universe, Allah, God, Father, Papa, Yahweh, Ra, Tlaloc, Buddha we have faith that what you are sending, and in the form you are sending it, are aligned with who we ultimately want to be. We are ready now to BE the ultimate us. We are ready for our ultimate lives. We are ready for everything now. All of this goodness now. It is right around the corner, and we are patient, knowing it is coming. All of the spiritual and financial abundance we could every want, is so close. Let’s breath, stay grateful, and be in the now.

Stress? Breath 4 seconds in, hold for 4 seconds, and breath out for 7 seconds. Repeat this 3 times and you’ll be golden baby.

There is no time waste, not 1 second, on someone’s weak points. Who cares about those. Their strengths are attractive as hell, let’s focus on those. And make them more purdy, and sweet as the sun on a southern mownin...Matta of fayact. Build them higher and higher, like the most beeeautiful of mountain tops. Build their talents, and allow them to be the most they can be.

Unless of a tough life occurrence that might be affecting someone’s work, the person who is struggling could be better off doing something that are more talented in, as apposed to building what they are not naturally... When you have an all-star, spend more time and energy building that all-star. If your plan is to go to the moon, there is someone ready, right now to go there...aaand yes, this applies to all areas of yours, and their lives.

Notice the ones that are ready for your love. Notice the ones that are vulnerable. Notice the ones that are ready to take action on their goals. Notice the achiever. There she is! The shining example for the rest of us! How can I help her be even more great in her strengths? I have the best idea how!!...I will ask her what her strengths are, and how she believes I can best help her..Yes, that is what I’ll do....

Hyper focus on what you are great at doing... Welcome to TeTe & Espresso, a CastBox original, I’m TeTe. Gallup did an intensive poll of 80,000 businesses, and here is one major take away...

Let’s get it out of the way because it deserves it, the book is called,”First, break all the rules.” ... It says in an organization, or the same is true in life, we must focus on what someone is good at doing, or their talents, and opposed to focusing on the skills and training of their weaknesses. If someone is not performing, find a role that naturally fits what we enjoy doing. Some people are analytical, some people like to “be there emotionally for others.” ...Let’s find that role in our own life.

Who am I? Yeah....What are my strengths? hmmmmmm ...What particularly do I enjoy about my life? yeah ....Skills and knowledge are things we can learn, like “we could all take 10 classes and put together a care engine.” ...But the talent you have is the person who, “Loves the process of taking things a part and putting them back together. He or she will try to do it after the first class and stay all night to figure it out...Find a job, and a life path that fits your talents..and passions...Love you.

Teeheeeheeeee klids are mostly right brain growing up, they haven’t even developed our critical thinking adult brian. Allow yourself to laugh...I’ll ruin my voice and try to sound like my aunt laughing..(Ahhhhhhhh)..All that is important today, is you utilize whatever makes you crack up, and do that today..Let loose..crack up...

Comedy shows, crack up!...Youtube scare prank compilation, crack up! Play with your dog, crack up! Watch your favorite funny movie, crack up! Play that high five clap left, clap right, cal both hands, clap front, back, and go faster and faster until you mess up, and then crack up at that! Find all the ways that make you crack up, and do that all day long today..and tomorrow..and next Monday...

Worry free, you were as a child. Oh man, not about food, cloths, a bed, naps, all of it..A child imply knows, everything will be taken care of. And lives, in a way, worry free…Funny how the universe is your parent now.It has laws that are in place to give you everything you want. Have faith in the universe, like you knew you would get a bowl of cereal from Mama.

Mama universe, I want to be in a romantic relationship, “yes dear.” Papa universe, I want to travel to Mexico this year. “yes dear.” Mama universe, I want to find a new book to give me peace of mind. “yes dear.” Papa..I want to feel loved..”Yes dear.” ….Guys, girls..I love you.

To be so engulfed in the joy of knowing what amazing creatures lived here waaaaaaay before us. It’s exciting enough to re-enact.

Take my hand (sing), and stay in this present moment with me. Unless of an extreme case, right now, now, the present moment, you are safe and all is well. Take my hand (sing) because in our communion with each other, we are both safe, and we remind each other where we are. In reality, now, together, and together we remain safe, knowing all is well...

Take my hand, and let’s protect each other. Now friend, Now. Take my hand, and you will protect me, and keep me safe, knowing all is well. When we offer each other “Our hands” (sing) we give each other the gift of the present moment, where we are both safe..So I will go first and offer you the mental joy of know all is well..So ... I will there be light .. Welcome to TeTe & Espresso, a Castbox original, I’m TeTe. We don’t need to figure out how to eliminate darkness...All we must do...Is turn on the light.

“I will there be light.” Say it..”I will there be light”... Instantly, a flash of light enters your mind. In this moment, you are in peace, in joy with your self, and all your thoughts and emotions are the “feel good” type. Expand on it one more time today after the meditation. Because now you forever have the tool to stop the sad, worried thoughts...Simply flip the switch and will there.....

“I will there be light.” We allow the light to fill up our minds completely. “We will there be light.” We are one with happiness and the peace that comes from the universe. And from within. “You will there be light.” I feel your brightness. “I will there be light.” Feel my warmth. I am wrapping you up in safety. You can return to home at any time..Simply say, “I will there be light.”
