I recently had the pleasure of sitting in with Bill on Crimes, Killers, Cults and Beer to discuss Bernie Tiede, the most popular man in Carthage, Texas even after he shot a little old lady.

Why would anyone want to murder Steve and Carla Barron in their bed on Christmas morning? According to everyone who knew them they were nice, kind people. The truth ended up shocking the whole community.
