The month of June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, so for this episode, I wanted to address a short, sweet letter specifically to Black men. I pray this letter heals a Black man where he may be hurting. Send this letter to a Black man who needs to hear it. Breathe, Black man, breathe.
