--  why there was a delay in releasing the report

--  if the Budget and A-G's Report will continued to be separated

--  the process of auditing the government and the challenges

--  why weaknesses in project planning, procurement of equipments, handling of contracts, and maintenance, were repeated each year despite being reprimanded by the Auditor General

--  if there is a common perception that the public service seems to be indifferent to the audit findings and suggestions, and that it does not seem to learn from past mistakes

--  ministries, agencies and departments that showed marked improvements in this year’s report
