In this episode I start my personal experience of coercive control in the hopes that it may help others spot the signs. I am open and vulnerable about my trauma and the impact coercive control has had on my life. Please listen with kindness in your heart and understanding that just because someone wears their pain well doesn't mean it isn't heavy. Thank you to Women's Aid Glasgow for your continued support! Thank you to my sister and friends, I would not be alive to spread awareness if it weren't for you. I love you all to the moon and back.

Knowing your worth and value and how that will lead you to Mr or Mrs Right.
Society tells us if we don't have it all marriage, kids and career by time we hit 30 then there must be something wrong with us. That could not be further from the truth!
