Parenting is a complex and unique experience. It is also a journey of self-discovery, growth, and love. By reflecting on my own path as a mother and on everything I've learned as a school counselor, I have come to one major conclusion: being present for your kids is perhaps the most important and valuable support you can show to them.
 
Every moment with your child is an opportunity for connection, healing, and growth.
