We are knee deep in this Sh!t. We all want the pandemic to end, but after 18 months, we are in the 4th wave. In this episode, we discuss what's driving the 4th wave of the pandemic: the  unvaccinated population. We discuss the crisis of the DISinfodemic, having a "healthy" distrust of the government and big pharma. We offer advice on how to critically assess sources of information and research, nurses and other healthcare providers who spread misinformation, employee retention and the Dunning Kruger effect. We end with how to move forward and see the light at the end of the tunnel. We are sick of the pandemic and bad behaviour- Staying silent isn't an option!
