Firstly apologies. After the huge crash I had at Cumbernauld at Round 3 of the 2025 BMX National Series, I have been in and out of hospitals and physio, combined with life continuing and this podcast has taken way longer than it should have done to record.

Anyway. We are back.

Episode 54 and we are reviewing rounds 3 & 4 of the 2025 Schwalbe British 4X Series from Afan in South Wales.
