Here are two four-letter words for you to ponder, REST DAYS. That’s correct, something that isn’t given, taken nor observed anymore. Back in the day, it was almost a religion for Doctors to take Wednesday off to play golf. In this day and age, it’s more likely they take a weekend day and work on Wednesday to see more patients. We do the same. When was the last time you took a rest day? 

Some people have To-Do lists. Others have lists with other names, like me and my Did list while others may even have some other name lists, but I bet not many have a don’t list. It’s something I thought about last night after watching a TV show. Listen in for more.

Habits are what we live by most of the time. We get up at a certain time and do things in order according to the habits we learned. Then there are the times when we want to start a new habit and something gets in the way. Happens to all of us. Anyway, this month of February is a good month to begin a new habit. You have 28 days to kick it off. Give it a shot.
