I want to be creative. I don't want anything stopping me from being creative. I can do whatever they say I can't do living with ADHD because I can create the best way to do it. Nothing can stop me. This is what should go through your head all the time and especially when others tell you or you hear others state "if you have ADHD you can't do that." I say BULLSH*****! 

Yes! We changed our name after some long and profound soul searching. We think it fits better with our goal of getting you to shine with your creativity all the time. I'm always bragging bout being creative, so now it's time to put that idea into action in a more positive way. What's better than this podcast? 

While my creative side was flowing, I decided to record this podcast to give you more insight into my creative thinking and how things could work. Nothing says it will stay this way. Nothing says it's a good idea. It's all in my brain right now, and I'm releasing it on you.

This morning started great. The thing is, it's still going great while I recorded the podcast and still going strong as I type this. Wouldn't it be great to have every day start and end like this? Sometimes it happens that way, and I just love those days. How about you?  

Last night was fantastic for Patti and me. First, Patti and I want to thank the brothers and sisters of Delta Sigma Pi Fraternity at Fresno State. They invited Patti and me, and we had a great evening. So many great questions and thoughts were running around the room last night, and we did our best to answer and talk about them all. Although, as usual, I spoke too long and most likely put a few students to sleep, that wasn't my intention. We hope everyone there had as much fun as we did, and we would enjoy being invited back. Heck, we have more to say! 

Coaching and coaches are two things that bother me for several reasons. First off, I see coaching as a tool for others. I want to be able to coach a person so that they can be their coach. I believe everyone can coach themselves. They just have to learn how.  It takes some understanding to get there, but it's possible. I've done it for some in the past. What I don't agree with is the business side of coaching. It's like a therapist. They want to help you, but only so far. They need you to keep coming back so they can stay in business. Coaching and coaches are the same things. There is no business without you, so they give you only what they want, not what you need. Our brains are amazing, aren't they? We can have 100 ideas and concepts running around our brain, and if we take the time, we can talk, elaborate, justify, and conceptualize each of them altogether. Then again, maybe we break them down one at a time, but we can do it. ADHD is a fantastic thing. It lets us see into more than we thought. We can think about more thoughts at one time than most others. What's truly amazing is it's something we don't always realize is we can help others do the same. We can help those who don't have ADHD but have rambling thoughts and don't know how to handle them. WE CAN HELP! 

I put excuses into two categories: fact and Fiction. I have never been at a loss for excuses especially living with ADHD. They seem to float around above my head all day for me to pick one when I need it. Just like a bad habit, it's there for the taken. Amazing how excuses work. The thing is, we take advantage of our excuses and live with the aftermath. What if we chose not to?  

I think being organized is a good thing. I also think it's overrated. For some organization is key to serving their day while others fly by the seat of their pants and do fine. I go with flying by the seat of my pants. It helps me with my ADHD, and I still get through my Monday or any day just fine. How about you? 

I thought I'd ramble today about success, life in general, and ADHD. I didn't really have anything planned for today, and when I grabbed the mic, all I could think of was that it was a great day to ramble. So I rambled.
