Everyone out there has the force within to coach themselves. Everyone can do better for themselves than any coach in the world, but you need to find the force within to make that happen. 

I've dealt with depression for a long time—different levels and extremes. I don't know the technical terms or care to know them. I know I get depressed, and I have to deal with it as it happens. I've been to the edge and back, and all I can say is there is hope for everyone.

I don't know about you, but I love Mondays. I get inspired by Mondays. I want others to feel the same positive vibes I have, so their Monday kicks off great. So listen in for some positive vibes. 

I bet you're thinking this is corny, or I've lost my marbles. Maybe I have, but I have a lot of experience in not getting what I want and adapting to make things happen. I even have gone to the point where I don't get what I want or need, but somehow I made things happen. Listen in for more. 

Success, your success to be exact, is dependant upon what you define for yourself as success. Don't compare your success to others because you are your own person.

Once in a while, we need to refresh the body and, more importantly, our brains. This was one of those times. It wasn't that long, though, and we're back with ramblings on listening and presentation skills.

The greatest skill to have other than being able to speak is being great at listening. It isn't an easy skill to master, especially for us with ADHD, but once we learn to be better at listening, the world opens more doors than we could ever expect. Try it some time.

It always comes down to content when wondering about a podcast. We, Patti, and I are always wondering if our show informative? Are our listeners getting anything out of our talks or mine? I don't listen to the shows after recording them, but Patti does, and she lets me know her thoughts on the topics I covered and if I did a good job. I always stress about those conversations.
