I took a poll in my Instagram stories recently and was SHOCKED with the response.

I asked the women in my community are around other women that pull them outside of their box and make them feel uncomfortable daily -- as in stretch them in their business.

The answer was 100% NO.

So I knew I needed to bring the discussion here and talk about befriending women in business who are at much higher levels and why that is CRITICAL to business growth.

When I started this podcast, the first two episodes were my Origin Story.

But that was before I received my ADHD diagnosis on March 6, 2023.

This episode, which is longer than the norm and worth every minute, takes you on my Hero's Journey.

It is a look back at my business history (and sharing many personal facts that you may have never heard before) through the lens of living with undiagnosed ADHD, getting my diagnosis while running my business, and how it changed the trajectory of my business and why I work with the women I do.

One of the best business books on leadership is "Start With Why" by Simon Sinek.
So the other reason for this episode is to share my deep why—why this business, why mentoring ADHD women, why I care so deeply about the women I work with, and my MASSIVE hopes and dreams for neurospicy women entrepreneurs.

It felt important to pour my heart and soul into this episode -- I know the power of turning pain into a purpose. It feels effortless, however, when you know you are exactly where you are meant to be.
