Hello, My Lovely! It's Karrie, your host and the Chief Weirdo of Karrie Out Loud. I am a business mentor to women specializing in ADHD entrepreneurs and an ADHD educator for women diagnosed later in life.

THIS WEEK ON THE POD:

Almost every woman diagnosed later in life with ADHD goes through a gamut of emotions after their initial diagnosis. Feelings like relief, grief, anger, curiosity, sadness, a new understanding of self, and so many more can come into play. After the first 12-18 months, two camps seem to develop.

Camp Woe Is Me and Camp Finally Living My Best Damn Life.

Today, I will discuss the traits of both, which one I'm in, why, and how each one views life.

I will also discuss how the RAS (reticular activating system) comes into play and how what you focus on grows.

You can choose whether you sit in your own sh*t or not.
