•I share about the tool, what it is and how easy it is to use.

•I talk about why it works so well to create a roadblock for future negative thinking and discuss neuroplasticity (our brains ability to change, literally).

•I used a personal example od something Mt brainwash trying to say that was negative and untrue, and how using the tool turned it around. Quickly.

The OG ADHD diagnosis episode!!

In this episode, I shared about my initial 4-month identity crisis post my ADHD diagnosis and how I finally landed on more solid ground (its always a work in progress).
