*I discuss the reasons why to get assessed (in case it ISN'T ADHD and there is another possible source for your symptoms.
*I share a few different resources for you to use that are SOLID resources (not just pseudoscience).
*I tell the story of my assessment from beginning to end and what I experienced during my meeting with the psychiatrist and the kind of ADHD that I personally have.
*What are the 3 types of ADHD and what each one looks like.
*What is the DSM-5 and why it's behind the times when it comes to ADHD and ADHD research.
