What's up sports fans? Week 14 of the NFL season is in the books. We predicted the Garbage Bowl, we just had the teams wrong (sorry Steelers and Patriots). We talk about the thin ice upon which Pittsburgh stands, and consider if Mike Tomlin ending above .500 is inevitable. We discuss what Minshew Mania could do for Pit (04:15), and look at the free-falling Seahawks. Devon fully calls fraud watch on Seattle, and Alex writes Geno Smith (who won't write back). Another week, another QB for the Vikings (08:15) who won the ugliest game of the year, and now have to consider the actual downsides (upsides?) to missing the playoffs. Is Nick Mullens the next Andrew Luck (12:20), or is he just a good backup? We also mention the Niners look unstoppable if they stay healthy, and look ahead to a Ravens showdown that could be a Super Bowl preview. We give a shoutout to Danny, er, Tommy Devito (17:10), and thank him for beating the Packers. We admit the Lions should be better than 9–4, but still—it's 9–4. We lament the NFC South (26.55), and blame the coaching for the abject poverty of the division. We toss out the technical possibility of the Broncos winning their division (29:30), and the looming reality of an AFC Championship not hosted at Arrowhead. We're rooting for Zach Wilson's comeback, and go deep on the rout of the Eagles at the hands of America's Team. The Cowboys look and feel like a real threat, and we consider the possibility of them overtaking Philadelphia. We address the tirade by Patrick Mahomes about reffing (35:00), and we're on the same side... onside. (Sorry, Toney.) Plus, the Dolphins are also on fraud watch, and we talk about the bottom line of getting comfortable with your center's hindquarters (43:05). Oh yeah, Joe Flacco is elite (46:35), even if Devon hates hearing it. We talk through playoff odds and give Power Rankings to wrap it up.
