Go on a deep exploration of giving yourself permission to pause and permission to experiment with creativity. Donna speaks about the possibility and freedom of cultivating embodiment, a brain-body connection and exploring human potential through curiosity and play in life, movement and creative expression.
Closing Poem: “For a New Beginning” by John O’Donohue
https://www.johnodonohue.com/
“What we see in the world today and in structures in business is that there’s been an atrophy of creativity.”
“I do think there’s something internal that is always informing us.”
“It’s really important for people to feel, in their bodies, a sense of expansion and contraction and then to find where that neutral place is.”
“I’ve always naturally wanted to follow the rhythms, the natural rhythm. And when I’m not following it, I get very unwell and I get really, really uncomfortable and angry. And when I’m following, you could throw anything at me.”
“Instead of going toward judgment, lean towards curiosity.”
“It’s about moving with that awareness of really returning home to the body’s own innate wisdom.”
