Fill a large wine glass or a rocks glass with ice cubes.
Add 3 parts Prosecco to the glass. The Prosecco should be the largest portion of the drink.
Next, add 2 parts Aperol to the glass. The Aperol will provide a distinctive bitter-sweet flavor.
Give the mixture a gentle stir to combine the ingredients.
Add a splash of soda water to the glass. This will add a refreshing effervescence to the cocktail.
Garnish your Aperol Spritz with an orange slice or a cherry.
Serve and enjoy!

  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth
  • Orange twist, for garnish

Fill a mixing glass or a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 1 ounce of Aperol, 1 ounce of gin, and 1 ounce of sweet vermouth to the glass. Stir the ingredients well for about 30 seconds to chill and mix them together. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange twist. Add 2 ounces of Aperol, 1 ounce of lemon juice, and 1/2 ounce of simple syrup to the shaker.
If desired, add the egg white to the shaker to create a frothy texture in the cocktail.
