Sannah wanted to implement her cluster topic and content strategy. Instead of waiting for resources or budget, she researched, learned, and created her content, winning the coveted Google Snippit in her main keyword.

When it comes to building relationships with clients (or anyone, really), Brian Serocke only has two rules. The first rule is to be open and honest at all times. So often, account managers or anyone else in contact with a client will do and say whatever will make them happy. This mentality can lead to a common problem: the over-promise and underdeliver. Rule number two is always to find a way to help. It may seem like rule #2 contradicts rule #1, but you can help in plenty of ways outside of the services your company may offer. Listen in as two friends from 4th-grade talk about building client relationships and retaining customers longer.
We all remember that day in March of 2020. The day we knew something big and disruptive was about to happen. When the US went into lockdown, there was plenty of uncertainty, especially in the world of higher education. Brett Ryan is the Director of Marketing at Lab Stats, a software company that helps universities manage and track their computer lab usage. In the blink of an eye, the need for their product disappeared. So, Brett and his team realized a new need and pivoted their platform to give students remote access to computers and the software on those computers.
Before the pandemic, business was running 24/7. For Terry Arbuagh and his team at SEACOMP, they found innovative ways to continue to provide value to their customers and grow a global manufacture company all during COVID-19.
In this episode, we dig deep into what social distanced communication and relationship building look like globally. Terry, located in San Diego, would travel to their facility in China 4-6 times a year. All the stopped in March, and the team had to pivot their strategy overnight to keep their company mission thriving. Helping innovators deliver awesome.
Thanks for listening!
