Marnie is an athlete that has shaped both Grace and Jade’s journeys in so many ways, with an extensive competitive career for over almost a decade. Marnie has grown with the sport and has demonstrated true persistence and commitment to learning and understanding the sport for what it truly is. We couldn’t wait to sit down with her for a chat!

It was a dream come true to have the opportunity to have a discussion with Paul. His expertise in the division speaks for itself but what we loved most was his passion, not only for physique development but for athlete performance, for the division and what it means to be a top bikini athlete, and also longevity and sustainability in this sport. Phoebe shook to the Olympia stage this year being the first UK athlete to place in the top 10, in one of the largest and most competitive Olympia’s in history. She has excelled in not only her competitive career as an IFBB Pro but also now has an established business and clothing range and we couldn’t wait to sit down and chat to her about her journey.

EP 07 - Bikini Olympia 2022 Results and Review!

It was an honour to watch this years historic line up, arguably the most competitive and unpredictable line up in years.

This week we talk through the placings and athletes individually and provide our own views about the results and why we think athletes placed where they did. We cover our thoughts about where bikini is heading and the characteristics we think will be the theme for the 2023 season.
