Each type of nutrition has it’s place into your diet. Tracking macros or counting calories could be helpful to develop those skills on intuitive eating which is pretty much eyeballing food & get not only the food you like, but the portion sizes, managing your satiety and hunger levels. Also following a meal plan will help you at some point if you want to be efficient on your time and prep your meals in advance. Not having to worry about counting calories, macros o make any food choices as everything is laid out in a meal plan.
