Garland shares his journey from the edge on a stroke, poor health and stress, to discover why we feel overwork is a badge of honor. His journey led him to write best best seller, "Getting Un-Busy" and how he changed his life for the better.

Since then Garland has helped thousands of individuals and businesses understand that more is not always better. Finding the right things to focus on and how saying "No" to certain projects is the key to success.

This has been one of my favorite episodes and his book is worth getting as well.
