David Locke, radio voice of the Utah Jazz and Jazz NBA Insider, continues his look at the draft prospects by the numbers and he has found the best numbers on any player he has seen in 6 years of running the numbers.  Reed Sheppard peaks out on all numbers in this upcoming NBA draft.
