Friends! Yesterday, I celebrated my FORTIETH birthday! 

It is always milestones like these, that cause me to intentionally pause and reflect. And this year, I had A LOT to reflect on. 

It was a huge year... both challenging and rewarding in so many ways.

But, in my forty years on this earth, I can say with certainty that I have learned a few things.
