To mark the milestone we pulled in some proper Two Montys favourites to help unpack everything from drunk guests hiding bottles under tables to kitchens losing the plot, tight timelines that were never going to work, concierges saving the day and the eternal confusion over what planners, coordinators and venue managers actually do. There are tales of rooms packed so tight you can barely move, swinging kitchen doors, meals arriving at the worst possible moment and that sinking feeling when food hits the pass too early.

We drift through stories of guests kicking off, someone threatening to stab a bloke, dogs being lugged around like babies, hot paddocks, fire risk tea lights and timelines that fall apart before the reception even starts. It is messy, honest, ridiculous and full of those classic moments where you wonder how this became a job at all.
