Moving beyond a duality mindset is one of the most helpful steps to living your life in more creation. Reminder, duality is seeing the world in black and white and having a perpetual judgement or rejection of one of these polarities. It's right vs. wrong, good vs. bad, worthy vs. unworthy, etc. When you move into seeing in non-duality (from the unconditional love of the heart), you gain the ability to hold space for both polarities to be one. But making this shift towards more love is helpful when you can spot the moments when duality creeps in. In this episode I'm sharing one of the big red flags that tell me when I'm in the ego and seeing from the dualistic mind.
