In this week’s episode we interview ICN QLD Fitness/Sports Model Champion Brook McCulloch. If you saw this impressive woman on stage last year, you would automatically assume that she was a seasoned competitor that had been bodybuilding for longer than she actually has. 

We find out how Brook got involved in competitive bodybuilding, her prep and stage experience and discover her humble mindset and attitude towards her successes so far.

As a first time competitor, Brook showcases a prime example of a good athlete mindset. This is definitely an episode to listen to for all you new competitors moving into your first preps.
