This week Matt & Meredith talk about how introversion complicates professional conferences, the trials & tribulations of working with the US Postal Service, and why you should never, ever run for political office if you're not a cis-gendered straight white male with a proclivity for extremely vanilla and entirely monogamous physical intimacy. They also share some reviews, read some Question of the Day comments, and somehow find the strength to carry on existing. Enjoy!
This week we share a review, rage against the machine, and Meredith reveals some fun facts about some classic horror flicks! Matt gets a little too worked up over young William Shatner's physique, and we make fun of the office park's sad, weak, sideways trees.
This week we share a review, lament the theft of our artwork (again), decry the failings of Facebook in particular and social media in general (again), have some choice words for some distinguished gutter muppets commenting on our ads, and ponder the misplaced optimism of people who continue bringing new humans into this world as if it's not going up in flames both literally and figuratively. To each their own, I suppose! Hopefully your kids like Mars.
This week we were delighted to chat with the very talented & charming Kealan Patrick Burke! Kealan is a critically-acclaimed and award-winning horror author, and we were very keen to discuss his own horror history, from his childhood in coastal Ireland to his pursuit of a creative career here in the U.S. We ask him about the books, authors, and films that informed his own personal and creative development. He also tells us a bit about his process, his recent publications, and what's he's working on now. He also weighs in on a recent Question of the Day. Enjoy!
This week Matt & Meredith share a review, rant about the erosion of society, and discuss recent Boredwalk designs. They also read comments from recent Question of the Day posts, discuss the current issues being dealt with around the office, and Matt has some choice words for the manic pixie dream girl who ran afoul of him with her uncouth cycling etiquette (spoiler alert: they are not kind words.)
This week we share some behind-the-scenes struggles with bad property managers and their weak-ass trees, supplier woes and the lazy manufacturers behind them, and shed a little light on our creative process and the pitfalls that occasionally arise therein. We also share some reviews, talk about shows and snacks we've been enjoying, and delight in our living room refresh. Oh, and ask for some podcast reviews, because we crave constant validation (naturally.)
This week we recap our recent west coast road trip vacation, share some customer reviews, and vent about our office park blues. We also read some comments from recent Question of the Day posts, share details about our Fall Vibes giveaway, and tease a new design to ring in the season in fitting fashion. Enjoy!
This week we're on the road, but we still make time to entertain your earballs! We share a review, lament the theft of our work, have some choice words for people that take issue with our politics, and read fan comments from recent Question of the Day posts. We also take issue with the California DMV's suggestion that we spend our vacation in their waiting line (no, we will not be carving out time to stand in line at the Oakland DMV branch. Hard pass!)
Please review and subscribe!
This week we share a review, receive some unsolicited business advice courtesy of Instagram & Facebook trolls, describe how IKEA is like a casino, and dodge self-checkout scammers and rogue Lyft drivers. It's delightful!
This week we get tantalizingly closer to decent sound quality (at least during the intro), but we also share a customer review, critique Skittles' marketing efforts, and lament the rampant theft of our work. If Boredwalk goes belly up, maybe Skittles is hiring?
We also chat with comedian Abbi Crutchfield about her preferred methods of self-care, how she got into comedy, why her child has the face of a cat, and the shifting landscape of social media as it relates to comedy (among other things.)
