In this weeks solo episode of the podcast i chat all things preparing for the adventure race up in Donegal Tuff-Inish which is 62km of sheer character building.
It will be a different feat for me as usually its been aesthetic based previously but now lets put the body to the test & see what happnes.
In preperation for the even I decided to do a memorial 10km run in labasheeda Co.Clare followed by a cycle home to drumquin 26km
