Sofie Marin is a well known Producer, Promoter and Entrepreneur from Sweden.
She is the founder & CEO of From Sweden Productions, which shines the light on Swedish artists and productions abroad.
From working as a producer and tour manager for performing arts organisations in Sweden, Sofie moved to London where she started From Sweden Productions to showcase and promote the amazing swedish talent in London and other parts of Europe.
She has a passion for the arts and a head for business and is putting those 2 things together to make a global impact via ‘Arts Dynamics - Empowering performing arts and music professionals with the support and network needed to build sustainable artistic projects and businesses’.
Arts Dynamics takes the Wealth Dynamics principles created by futurist and entrepreneur Roger James Hamilton and updates it into language and examples that artists and creatives understand and can relate to and together with Sofie’s business experience give them the tools and technology to run a profitable creative business. This way, Sofie can take what she has done for Swedish artists and productions with From Sweden Productions, and help purpose driven artists and creatives all over the world - a truly global business and impact.
And this is what drives Sofie, to make a positive impact on the global arts community. She wants to empower artists and creatives and show them that they can build a business to support what they do, that it is possible to combine both purpose and profit and that they no longer have to be a ‘starving artist’.
Sofie also heads up the Stockholm Entrepreneur Social, connecting impact entrepreneurs, artists and creatives #FromSweden with a global community of like-minded people. Her vision here is to create space and support network for Arts, Business and Entrepreneurship #FromSweden abroad and to magnify Swedish-International relations.
In everything Sofie does, she brings her STAR qualities, her passion, warmth and shining personality. Her genuine love of people, the arts and business come together in the various platforms she uses to magnify the artists and the arts community.
Sofie is also one of the authors in a new book, ‘You Are A Genius’, where she shares her journey as a Social Impact Entrepreneur. Sofie is one of 18 fellow authors sharing their story in this book and was keen to get involved with the project to share authentic and genuine stories of the ups and downs, wins and losses in the life of an entrepreneur and to inspire other artists and creatives to be more visible.
