Nicole is a Registered Dietitian, founder of Nicole Groman Nutrition, fellow native New Yorker, and the brains behind @thehungryclementine on Instagram, and also my former (rockstar) intern! Working in the fitness industry after college, Nicole struggled with her relationship with food– and credits her own grad school education in clinical nutrition and work in therapy in helping her heal.
Today, she works with clients to help them find food freedom and build healthier relationships with food and their health from a weight-neutral standpoint.
