Identifying your ideal client isn’t necessarily going to increase your revenue, increase your profit, or grow your business. In this episode, we discuss the difference between an “ideal client” and a “premium client” and how to identify your best-match audience for your unique brilliance.
In this discussion, I offer three questions to ask yourself so you can narrow in on someone who is ready and eager to invest in the solution you have to offer them.

02:31 In your season of rest, recovery, and reflection, give yourself permission to be there.
02:45 Knowing when it is time to sprint or when to start to pick up the pace in your stride or your jog.
03:15 Build a high-revenue, high-impact, profitable coaching business, without burning yourself out.
03:51 When it comes to your paid programs and services, make sure that you are targeting somebody who has the extra funds to invest in you and in themselves.
04:19 It's also about people who are ready and willing to do the work they need to do to get the result that you can help them get.
04:42 These are really important to consider when you are narrowing in on the premium version of your client and putting your time, your energy, and your resources into it.
05:02 There are three questions that I want you to ask yourself in order to really think about who your premium client is.
05:35 To help you accelerate your results by zoning in on where the opportunity is.
06:13 First question is how far along in their own journey my client needs to be in order for them to be a good fit for my offer.
06:45 What we want to do is really understand where our clients are, and where ideally we want them to be in their transformative journey with us.
08:00 I want you to ask yourself, where is my best brilliant utilized?
08:29 When you're marketing and selling your offer as a coach, you will serve differently.
09:23 Helping them to get to that next level, versus somebody that has just had the awareness.
10:08 Second question that you can ask yourself is, what are they already investing in order to solve the problem that you can help them solve?
10:52 Recognize the difference between those willing to put in the work and those just expressing a desire for results.
11:22 It's super exhausting to work with people blaming you as the coach for their lack of results.
11:35 It gives you clarity and it gives you lots of angles to draw from, in order to really think about that type of person as your perfect client.
11:47 You can leverage those things to show them why my solution is better, more, a better fit for them, etc.
12:21 It really helps you to think creatively out of the box. Show and demonstrate more value to your ideal clients, specifically, that higher caliber client.
12:44 Now number three, how are they demonstrating whether or not they have a growth mindset or a fixed mindset?
12:59 People that say they want something, but they're actually not willing to go after it.
13:13 What qualifies a client as somebody that has a growth mindset?
13:43 If you can think about the things that those people value that have a growth mindset.
14:19 If you can really zoned in on that variation of your client. What they're doing and the values they hold. Show them that you match a lot of those values.
14:47 Come to the space and say, “I'm going to help you get to a million without sacrificing the life that you have with your family and really unleashing your fullest brilliance.” This carries over into all areas of life.
15:25 Questions to ask yourself before crafting new offers.
15:38 Journal on these points and infuse them into your marketing and selling strategies for a natural attraction to your ideal clients.

Your relationship with money impacts how you market your coaching offers.
It also impacts how you price your programs, how you run your sales conversations, what happens when you get a money objection (that triggers your own money objections), the type of people you attract online, and so much more!
If you’re trying to get clients online, there’s one fundamental element you will need to finetune (which is most often overlooked) in order to amplify your reach and it’s your money mindset.
In this podcast episode, I help you understand why your money mindset is one of the most influential components of your online marketing and how it impacts whether or not people will buy from you.
This conversation will help you connect the dots, bring awareness to things you probably never saw before, and encourage you to let go of baggage that’s preventing you from stepping into your power.

Have you ever looked back on your life and compared the current version of your life with your old one and wondered if your “old self” would even recognize who you are today?
Sometimes, we can indirectly create these “reinvention” seasons where you personally or professionally grow so much, that the contrast between then and now is starkly different.
The definition of reinvention is “the action or process through which something is changed so much that it appears to be entirely new” and by intentionally curating this process in your life and your business, you can hack your results and achieve impossible goals.
I’ve recently been undergoing a massive reinvention season, purely by intention, and learning how to achieve an impossible goal in just 90 days.
I share my learnings, the step-by-step process, and what you can do if you also desire to dream bigger and bring those dreams to life faster.

Do not miss these highlights:
00:58 Explore a season of reinvention—what it entails, its true essence, and how to leverage it for your exponential growth.
05:57 Discover your newfound understanding of who you are, your purpose, the direction of your priorities, and the clarity of your focus.
08:08 The definition of reinvention is potent, stating that it is the action or process by which something undergoes such significant change that it appears entirely new.
10:40 You literally won't be able to carry over what you're currently doing into the next season because you no longer have the capacity for it.
11:28 The book "10x Is Easier than 2x" was co-authored by Dan Sullivan and Dr. Benjamin Hardy.
12:10 It's crucial to grasp that your results stem from your perception of yourself, aligning with the notion that your thoughts shape your reality.
14:05 Have a new awareness and more of an intentional process for you to go through this on your own to activate a reinvention season.
15:07 Embarking on your reinvention and preparing for it entails letting go of a lot of things and training your brain to think differently.
17:53 Relying on your pathways and your people, identify the individuals who will assist you in reaching your goals, and explore the pathways that may lead you there, some of which you might not have considered yet.
21:00 For you, reinvention involves observing a shift in the things you offer, your product suite, and the direction you're heading.
22:40 Embrace the challenge of becoming more of who you were meant to be and liberate yourself from the things that hold you back.
25:04 Contemplate and take action on this reinvention, making it tangible for yourself in a way that aligns with your unique vision.

Being the face of your business as a personal brand and CEO also means showing up online and in your company when you’re struggling in your personal life — this can be one of the most challenging aspects of an online business owner.
You should not have to pretend to be someone you’re not if you’re in this season. However, you can follow through on your professional responsibilities without sacrificing your mental or emotional well-being.
Whether it’s now or later (or again), we will inevitably experience seasons where it all feels too hard to carry: the business responsibilities, personal commitments, and the nuances of life’s trials and tribulations.

02:30 How to present yourself online and or in your business when your life feels challenging or burdensome.
04:42 There is no doubt that our life and business are closely intertwined, which can have a significant impact on building a business that we love.
06:45 Here are some thoughts to contemplate, providing you with the courage or inspiration needed to grant yourself permission to continue moving forward in a way that aligns with your truth.
07:48 It is absolutely important to acknowledge your feelings and recognize that whatever you're going through is something you must genuinely honor and allow yourself the space to fully process those emotions.
09:38 On the flip side of this, it's about truly recognizing the responsibility you hold as a business owner.
10:33 It's a combination of both; you can experience sadness and pain, and still fulfill your role as a business owner.
12:05 Certain factors will affect your voice and may even make it seem challenging to think about finding the right words.
14:30 Another common component of this is worrying about what other people will think.
16:35 This is the opportunity to delve deeper into your message and connect more profoundly with the audience that best suits you and your personal brand.
17:36 We need to exercise caution and avoid sharing things when we're still deeply immersed in the situation.
19:25 Empowering yourself to take action, lead, and amplify your voice to advocate for those who need it and provide support for those who lack confidence or feel unsafe.
22:15 You can prioritize self-care and take the necessary steps to navigate through the different seasons of life while continuing to be present for your business and manage both aspects effectively.

04:05 Commencing the planning process for the upcoming three years, which include 2024, 2025, and 2026.
05:30 Achieve greater clarity and inner peace and ensure you are fully prepared to start the new year with a well-defined framework for the upcoming 2024.
06:40 Consider that time holds significant importance for visionaries, entrepreneurs, and problem solvers, even though it may seem counterintuitive to those who tend to be overachievers.
10:02 Consider a planning process in quarterly increments, balancing the act of forward-thinking with a narrowed focus on the present moment.
12:45 The strategy for this conversation involves more discussions on how to bridge the gap from the current moment to the end of 2024, encompassing the planning for today and the future.
13:30 One of the actions you can take is to harness your present energy to grant yourself permission to express both your desires and your dislikes.
15:40 Generating new outcomes, shaped by the choices you make and the behaviors you adopt in that context, will necessitate a transformation in yourself.
18:00 The second element is for you to consider that your thoughts and feelings are what shape the outcomes you achieve.
20:40 Characteristics and traits can manifest as both external and internal qualities, and there's also the version of yourself that you truly aspire to embody in practice.
22:33 Establish a revenue target and then refine and adjust it further, considering what you aim to earn by the year's end.
26:25 Results Mapping out the results regarding the revenue goal involves determining how you will reach that objective through the offers you intend to sell.
29:30 Knowing both what you're selling and the number of units you need to sell is essential to determine how you'll market and distribute them.
31:55 Take note of the elements you should schedule in your calendar to provide a clearer outline of what you're selling when you plan to sell it, and potentially, how you intend to sell it.
33:40 Begin contemplating the gaps in knowledge, tools, or resources that you need to address promptly, not postponing them, as you'll consistently encounter aspects where gaps exist.
36:36 You must streamline your focus, energy, and resources. You will reach your goal more quickly, whether you're dealing with a group of 1,000 people or just two individuals.
37:50 This becomes crucial when you're considering all these factors. It doesn't necessarily involve making final decisions; instead, it provides you with the room and space to contemplate, and this is the crucial element that has been missing.
41:07 You aim to make more intentional decisions, avoiding haste, as this gift of perspective benefits you.

03:50 Today, we will discuss the concept of bridging the gap between your present circumstances and your future aspirations.
05:10 Concrete methods to expedite the process of narrowing that gap and to begin embracing your dreams sooner rather than later, and to move closer to them instead of drifting away.
05:30 The first way to bridge the gap, which may seem quite obvious but is often underestimated, is gaining clarity.
07:10 The morning formula exercise.
08:10 Write it down and create visual reminders of your future desires by journaling about them, rather than just keeping them in your mind.
09:10 You can also utilize a vision board and update it either annually or more frequently.
11:23 The second way to bridge the gap between where you are now and those future desires involves proximity.
16:55 The third way is to ensure that you make decisions based on your future state rather than your current circumstances, and this can be one of the most challenging aspects.
22:20 Another beneficial practice in this context is meditation, specifically engaging in visualizations of your future self.
26:15 The final aspect to seriously contemplate when considering bridging that gap is results mapping.
29:37 It involves giving yourself the opportunity to see how you can begin assembling all the pieces, similar to walking through your three-year plan.
31:20 Results mapping involves reverse engineering your desires, and gaining an understanding of the larger components required to reach your goals.
37:45 You should embrace all four of these methods to bridge the gap toward achieving your dreams, rather than selecting just one or the other.

As a mom of three and the CEO of a thriving business and team, I’ve had to become more disciplined in how I spend my time, the routines I follow in my business and life, and the habits I adopt.
More importantly, my emotional, mental, and physical well-being are becoming more of a priority, and with everything I do, I want to make sure it’s in support of living a peaceful, joyful, and vibrant life.
I learned early on that if I am not operating as the best version of myself and can’t find contentment in the present moment, nothing I accomplish in life or business will matter.
In this episode, I give you a behind-the-scenes peek into the current routines I follow to support my very full life as a mom, wife, and CEO. I share the habits I’ve been developing (both new and old), the performance hacks I’ve been relying on to enhance creativity and productivity, and how I’ve been managing my time so I can work less and play more.
If you’re ready to upgrade your life, you’ll find lots of nuggets for inspiration here!

02:40 One of the core values in her company is that in order to genuinely present your best self, we prioritize self-care, with priority health being the top concern.
05:53 As we age, we should prioritize not only our physical health but also our mental and emotional well-being, as these aspects are intricately interconnected.
08:15 Another significant aspect involves the hormonal changes occurring in her body when she was in her late 20s, happening even before turning 30.
10:30 It wasn't about losing weight anymore, nor was it about counting calories; it was truly about holistic health, aiming not only to look good but also to feel good.
11:30 Actions that she took to sustain her business and busy life can also assist others in reevaluating their own routines.
13:32 It has been years in the making, continually evolving and fine-tuning with each season of life, much like her mornings that have changed due to the presence of children.
14:30 Kinsey will now talk about her routine during the week and how she creates a balance of structure with some flexibility.
17:00 The first thing she does before even delving into the week is to check what her family has planned for the upcoming week.
21:00 How she wakes up and what her family's morning routine looks like.
21:15 Kinsey mindful morning practices that start with waking up without alarm, and more best practice tips.
36:10 As for her team, they are ensuring that there is more structure in their discussions about their projects and how they manage their tasks and activities. They use Slack as their primary communication tool and Asana as their primary project management tool.
40:20 How she began implementing tools and resources to optimize the time she spent in her business, ensuring that when she clocks out, she achieves maximum efficiency.
42:05 Kinsey will conclude the day by picking up the kids and then arranging for their transportation while ensuring that everyone receives what they need.
43:10 During the night, she and her husband desire to remain informed about what is evolving and what remains unchanged. Their goal is to strengthen their family connections because things can shift swiftly, and it's genuinely captivating.
45:17 She focuses on maintaining the house in an organized state, ensuring that everything is in its rightful place for the following day. Afterward, she intentionally engages in winding down activities for the night.
48:55 Ensuring that their marriage has dedicated time for conversation and engagement, without the need to worry about what the kids are doing, allows us to focus on each other completely.
56:50 In addition to the routine, her diet is another component. When she first consulted with her functional practitioner in her late 20s, that's when she began to truly fine-tune her nutrition and experiment with various dietary approaches.
1:00:20 You need to conduct research and due diligence regarding the specific problem you want to solve, and then take small, incremental steps to address it.
1:02:15 We will continually embark on a journey of adaptation, refinement, and pivoting, as both our bodies and lives change. However, there are certain aspects you must embrace: establishing structure and flexibility to determine what suits you best.
