In this episode, The Gratitude Doctor, Dr. Johnny Bergstrom, discusses the core principle that "the lessons of hindsight teach us the value of foresight."

For as long as any of us can remember, the saying has been, “hindsight is 20/20.” 20/20 is also synonymous with perfect vision, thus assuming that when seen with perfect clarity, we realize, after the fact, what we should have done or would have rather done in a situation or circumstance that occurred in the past. With so much emphasis on what I have coined as “the reflective directive” that is 2020, consider its opposite. The Center of Gratitude is what we all begin from and return to as we live our lives. We begin with a grateful core, we emit positive energy of Gratitude from our core, affecting those in our paths and enlightening them with the information we’ve had bestowed upon us.
